Philippine Navy: Way To Happiness-Ethics Command Briefing, with Flag Officer In Command, RAdm Empedrad, to train 24,000 Navy + 25,000 Reservists in 2018.
TWTh-PH will provide trainings and support for 300-500 Marawi evacuees. The 2-day training will see a transfer of technology and livelihood support including A. Pain and Physical Relief B. Emotional-Mental-Spiritual with Dianetics-Peer Counseling and C. Family and Community Events with The Way to Happiness.
